Denpasar, suarabali.com – Subdit Gakkum Ditpolairud Polda Bali menggelar rekonstruksi kasus penganiayaan seorang anak buah kapal (ABK) KM Cahaya Buana hingga tewas di Pelabuhan Benoa, Denpasar Selatan, Senin (12/3/2018). Rekonstruksi ini dilakukan untuk melengkapi proses penyidikan kasus pembunuhantersebut.
Penganiayaan yang berujung tewasnya ABK kapal penangkap ikan itu terjadi pada Rabu, 28 Pebruari 2018 sekitar pukul 03.00 WITA di atas KM Cahaya Buana. Dalam rekonstruksi, tersangka Yahya Rosmana (ABK kapal yang sama) memperagakan 23 adegan.
Dalam kegiatan rekonstruksi ini, Ditpolairud Polda Bali juga bekerja sama dengan Tim Inafis Reskrimum Polda Bali dan Tim Disaster Victim Identification ( DVI ) Biddokkes Polda Bali.
“Untuk keamanan dan kelancaran rekonstruksi, kami juga melibatkan personel Dit Polairud Polda Bali untuk melaksanakan pengamanan,” kata Kasubdit Gakkum Ditpolairud Polda Bali AKBP Edhi Cahyono.
Usai pelaksanaan rekonstruksi, tersangka Yahya Rosmana dibawa kembali ke Rutan Ditpolairud Polda Bali hingga berkas kasunya dinyatakan lengkap dan siap dilimpahkan ke Kejaksaan. (Sir)
