Putri Koster menyampaikan hal itu saat membuka pameran lukisan seniman muda Bali bertema ‘Seni di Tengah Pandemi’ yang juga serangkaian peringatan Hari Kesehatan Nasional di RSJ Provinsi Bali, Bangli, Kamis (12/11/2020).
“Tentunya lukisan yang memberikan nuansa kenyamanan dan ketenangan bagi para pasien bisa mempercepat pemulihan sakit pasien tersebut,” kata Putri Koster kepada wartawan di sela-sela acara tersebut.
Dengan pemandangan indah dan menenteramkan yang dipancarkan karya seni, menurut dia, bisa membuat pasien merasa nyaman sekaligus menaikkan imun tubuh sehingga cepat sembuh. Kedepan, kata dia, hendaknya rumah sakit bisa menjadi tempat memajang karya seni sekaligus menerapi pasien beserta tenaga medis di sana.
“Kedepan saya harap tidak hanya RSJ Provinsi Bali yang menerapkan, tapi semua rumah sakit di seluruh Bali,” imbuhnya pada acara yang merupakan kolaborasi dari Ubud Diary dengan RSJ Provinsi Bali itu.
Dia juga berharap, para seniman Bali ikut berpartisipasi untuk memajang karya seni di rumah sakit, sekaligus berkolaborasi dengan pasien jika ada yang berminat. “Dengan langkah ini, saya bermimpi, kedepan saya ingin memperkenalkan jika para seniman di Pulau Dewata juga mempunyai andil dalam mempercepat kesehatan pasien,” bebernya.
Apalagi, kata diia, pandemi Covid-19 ini telah mengajarkan masyarakat untuk kembali ke jatidiri, kembali kepada kebutuhan sebagai manusia.
“Covid-19 mengajarkan kita untuk Nangun Sat Kerthi, kembali ke jatidiri kita, kembali kepada kebutuhan kita. Selain fisik, yaitu sandang, pangan, papan, kesehatan rohani juga merupakan kebutuhan dasar kita sebagai manusia. Berkesenian adalah salah satu cara mempersehat rohani kita,” jelasnya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, dia juga menyampaikan apresiasi mendalam kepada para seniman yang terlibat dalam pameran ini. Dia menyampaikan rasa terima kasih atas sumbangsih para seniman dalam memenuhi lorong rumah sakit dengan karya-karyanya. Sebab, kata dia, secara tidak langsung para seniman telah membantu mempercepat kesembuhan pasien.
“Saya yakin rasa tulus Anda semua tidak terhingga. Karena seniman yang asli sudah pasti kaya hati, bukan kaya materi,” tutupnya.
Sementara Direktur RSJ Provinsi Bali dr. I Dewa Gede Basudewa, SpKJ, menyatakan pameran tersebut tidak hanya untuk memajang karya seni, tetapi juga sebagai upaya perawatan jiwa serta rehabilitasi pasien dengan penyakit jiwa.
Senada dengan Putri Koster, dia juga mengakui karya seni berpengaruh kepada jiwa seseorang. “Seni memberikan ketenangan dan kedamaian, itu sangat diperlukan oleh para pasien kami,” katanya.
Dia mengatakan pameran tersebut merupakan kolaborasi antara seniman-seniman muda Bali dengan para pasien RSJ Provinsi Bali, baik yang sedang masa rehabilitasi maupun yang sudah kembali ke masyarakat.
“Kami menemukan, banyak pasien kami yang sangat bertalenta dan karyanya dipajang di sini. Dan, ini juga menjadi terapis bagi mereka,” imbuhnya.
Lebih jauh dia mengatakan pameran tersebut juga bertujuan menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri para pasien serta mengikis stigma negatif masyarakat kepada mereka.
“Kami ingin menunjukkan, pasien jiwa juga bisa berkarya, dan mereka bisa sembuh serta kembali ke masyarakat. Untuk itu, kami mengucapkan banyak terima kasih kepada para seniman yang mau membantu membangun kepercayaan diri mereka. Sikap ngayah Anda sekalian tidak akan terbalaskan,” tandasnya.
