Denpasar, suarabali.com – Gubernur Bali Wayan Koster membuka perhelatan Festival Seni Bali Jani (FSBJ) II tahun 2020 di Gedung Ksirarnawa, Art Centre, Sabtu (31/10/2020). FSBJ kali ini mengusung tema #BaliArtsVirtual yang akan dilangsungkan secara virtual melalui kanal Youtube milik Dinas Kebudayaan (Disbud) Provinsi Bali selama sepekan, 31 Oktober hingga 7 November 2020.
Dalam sambutannya, Koster mengatakan pihaknya berkomitmen menjadikan festival tahunan ini sebagai wahana apresiasi bagi para pelaku seni, khususnya seni modern. Festival ini sebagai wadah menampilkan berbagai kemampuan, sekaligus upaya membangun ekosistem pemajuan seni modern, kontemporer, dan karya-karya inovatif lainnya.
“Selain apresiasi untuk pelaku seni tradisi yang diwadahi Pesta Kesenian Bali (PKB), kita juga menyiapkan wahana apresiasi untuk seni modern pada FSBJ ini, yang merupakan perhelatan kali kedua. Sehingga Bali saat ini memiliki dua wahana seni berbeda. Semoga terus bisa meningkat dari segi kualitas penyelenggaraannya, memantapkan pelaksanaan kedua wahana tersebut secara dinamis dari tahun ke tahun,” katanya.
Didampingi Ny. Putri Koster dan Wagub Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardana Sukawati (Cok Ace), Gubernur Koster kembali menegaskan perhelatan festival ini untuk mendukung pelestarian kebudayaan pada masa pandemi dan sebagai jawaban atas konsistensi pemberlakukan Perda Nomor 4 Tahun 2020.
“Perda tersebut tentang Penguatan dan Pemajuan Kebudayaan Bali yang diundangkan 9 Juli 2020, serta sejalan dengan visi Pembangunan Provinsi Bali 2018-2023, Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali melalui Pola Pembangunan Semesta Berencana Menuju Bali Era Baru,” ujarnya.
Dia berharap pelestarian seni budaya Bali dengan penyiapan wahana yang sesuai dapat memunculkan ide-ide kreatif dan novatif yang makin menghidupkan kebudayaan Bali di mata dunia menjadi satu peradaban yang dikagumi.
“Bali tidak memiliki sumber daya alam. Jadi, patut disyukuri jika memiliki seni dan budaya yang tiada duanya. Kebudayaan ini akan tetap ada sepanjang manusianya hidup dan mau memelihara serta berinovasi terhadap kebudayaan tersebut,” ujarnya.
Sementara Kepala Dinas Kebudayaan Provinsi Bali I Wayan ‘Kun’ Adnyana mengatakan format seni virtual kali ini diharapkan dapat menjangkau seluas-luasnya kemungkinan kreatif, elaborasi, dan eksplorasi terkait estetik, stilistik, teknik artistik, dan tematik. Termasuk, wahana atau media (penggunaan berbagai piranti media baru/digital dalam proses dan penyajian).
“Format penyelenggaraan festival secara virtual ini merupakan sebentuk transformasi sosial bagi masyarakat Bali. Ada proses alih pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang terjadi serentak di Bali. Yakni terkait proses persiapan dan produksi suatu pementasan karya seni komunal secara daring, termasuk bagaimana cara publik menikmati serta menghikmahi sajian tersebut,” jelas Kun Adnyana. (Rls)
